Happy New Year 2018!


Hyvää uutta vuotta 2018!    Happy New Year 2018!

Siiri ja Iivari viettivät mukavan joulun. Koristeista on mukava nauttia edelleen. Tässä on kuva Siirin ompeluhuoneen kaapistosta.

Siiri and Iivari spended a very nice Christimas. It is nice to enjoy the Christmas decorations yet. This picture is of Siiri´s cabinet in her sewing room.

 Kaapin ovessa riippuu värikkäin palloin koristeltu kranssi.

There are colorful ornaments in the wreath. The wreath is at the cabinet door.

Iivari on tehnyt tämän puisen kynttelikön muutama vuosi sitten. Siiri tykkää siitä.

Iivari made this wooden candelabra some years ago. Siiri loves it. 
 
Iivari on työskennellyt tänään verstaassaan ja tuli pyytämään Siiriä kahville.

Iivari has worked in his workroom today and is asking Siiri for a cup of coffee.

Siirillä on meneillään mielenkiintoinen virkkaustyö. Se on vasta ihan alussa, mutta valmistuu nopeasti.

Siiri has a very interesting crochet work under progress. It is in the beginning yet,but it will be finished very soon.

Virkkaus jäi pöydälle ja Siiri meni Iivarin kanssa kahville.

Siiri went for a cup of coffee with Iivari and she left her chochet work on her desk.

      Siiris cabinet ja all her furniture are old and worn. But with Christmans ornaments the cabinet is nicer. The red radio is made of Fimo by me. The tutorial for it is made by Maria Malmström. It was in one of her books. Maria is the most famous.

    I think that Siiris sewing cabinet is very well organized! The wreath is lovely and the crochet in progress is a lovely color; I wonder what it will be?
    Nothing like a hot cup of coffee to begin the day and the New Year with- Cheers to all in 2018!

      Siiri not at all like me in one condition. I am glad her cabinet is well organized, because my goods are in disorder very often.
